If you have event-specific questions or want to request a refund, contact the event organizer directly. You can do this in three ways:
- Reply to an order confirmation email
- Click the link on the event page
- By phone number (if listed, it will be found next to the email address on the order confirmation page and event page)
1. Order Confirmation - In the upper portion of your email order confirmation you will see the organizer’s email address and/or phone number printed.
2. Event Page - On the main page of the event, go to the Contact Information section of the event to find the phone number listed.
Note: We recommend contacting an organizer via email as the primary method of communication, since phone number listings may not be available for all events.
3. By Phone - Any organizer that chooses to include a phone number will have the number listed next to the email address on both the order confirmation page as well as the event page (examples below).
