There are several ways that you can find your order for an event.

Quick Tip: If you just need to have your confirmation email or tickets resent to your email, click here!

If you have a Brushfire account:
Go to brushfire.com and login. Once you’ve logged in click “My Orders” at the top of the screen. If the order you’re looking for isn’t listed, scroll down to the section labeled “Need more options” on the My Orders page to find your orders that aren’t associated with your account.

If you don’t have a Brushfire account:
The first piece of information that you’ll need is the email address that you used at checkout. Next, you’ll need to use one of three pieces of information to look up your order(s):

  • Order Number (ex. 2121212E)
  • Attendee Number
  • Last 4 Digits of Card Used

Once you have all of the required information, proceed to the My Orders page of Brushfire.com. Enter your email address and one of the three pieces of information and click Search. Any orders matching that information will appear. From there you can click Manage Attendees to view or change attendee information for any of your orders.

If you still can't find your order:
If you don’t have a Brushfire account and you’re having trouble finding your order, please email support@brushfiretech.com.
