How do I use Brushfire's Call Center Service for my event?

You have enough on your plate, let us handle those phone calls for you! 

In addition to the other features Brushfire offers organizers and attendees, you have the option to add our Call Center Service to your event. 

For an additional $1 per attendee, we’ll provide the following:

  • A dedicated toll-free number for your organization (M-F, 8AM-5PM Central).
  • Sales and service for your attendees.

Our experienced Brushfire Call Center team will place orders, handle questions, and follow-up with order inquiries. It's our goal to save you time while adding an extra layer of excellence to your event experience for you and your attendees.

Please note that this has to be set up in advance so that our call center can prepare to give the best possible customer service to your attendees.
