Dashboard
The Brushfire Online Experience Dashboard is a separate dashboard for managing the online component of virtual events in Brushfire. This is a separate sign in dashboard from your Brushfire Registration and Ticketing dashboard.
When signing up to add virtual components to your event, we'll activate your online dashboard.
You will received an invitation to set a password in your email. Once you have clicked on the link in your email, you will be able to sign in at online.brushfire.com/dashboard to set up online (streaming) events.
Overview
Brushfire Online allows you add multiple channels to your organization's virtual events profile. Channels are containers to which you will add your video as well as related content like a video archive of previously recorded content. Channel URL's are the links you can promote to your viewers.
If you have set up registration for a specific virtual event, you will be able to set permission on the channel level to give certain ticket types access to your channel.
Navigation
Sign in at https://online.brushfire.com/dashboard/
Navigation is done by selecting options in the Navigation bar at the left of your screen.
- Channel Name - Allows you to view the related content added to a Channel.
- Options Menu - 3 dots at the right of a channel thumbnail or on each content thumbnail to access the menu for that item.
- SETTINGS - Allows you to configure your Organization Profile and overall theme settings.
- User Profile Image - Allows you to adjust your password settings.
Dashboard Basics
SETTINGS
Click on the SETTINGS option in the navigation bar to configure your Organization Profile and overall theme settings as well as links you wish to appear on each of your channels.
USERS
Click on the USERS option in the navigation bar to view or add USERS to your Brushfire Online dashboard.
Each user you add will need to verify their account before they can access the dashboard.
Pro Tip - When adding a User let them know to check their Inbox and Junk/Spam folder for the email confirmation.
CHANNELS
Click on the CHANNELS option in the navigation bar to view or add CHANNELS to your Brushfire Online dashboard.
