Adding a Chat Moderator (Host)

When signing into the Brushfire Online Dashboard, you are able to update your information and organization profile.

Sign in at https://online.brushfire.com/dashboard/.

Directly from your Dashboard, you can add users to your Brushfire Online account.

Adding Users

To add administrative users or live chat moderators, click on the user's icon at the top right of the page:

Users can then be added using the + icon on the right.

Select the role of the user you are adding Admin (To edit content) or Chat Moderator (Host).

Click SAVE.
