Adding a Chat Request button to your main page.

If you would like to add a "Request Chat" or "Request Prayer" directly to your stream page, you can do so by following the steps below!

 

Navigate to your "Edit Content" inside of Brushfire Online.

From the Edit Content page, scroll down and select the add icon "+" then select "[INTEGRATION]"

When adding a new link, name your Chat Request whatever you would like. Select an icon from the list provided. In the "Provider" dropdown select "Chat." Save the page!

Now your viewers will be able to request a one-on-one chat with host straight from your stream page!

All Chat Requests will appear on your host panel. Select the chats to start a one-on-one chat with the viewer.

  • The only issue I am discovering with the host platform is that if you have multiple prompts that lead to one host chats you are unable to know which prompt brought the person there. If they clicked a live prayer button, or if they clicked an I'm new here button we aren't sure which they selected.
