Yes! Attendees can change information in their registration, change their Attendee Type, and make payments at any time. They will receive a link in their confirmation email for each of these options. However, you can easily prevent attendees from making changes by updating the Prevent Changes date on your event’s Attendee Types.

  1. Go to the event’s Attendee Type configuration
  2. Click on the pencil icon next to the Attendee Type you would like to enable a deadline to Prevent Changes
  3. Go to Visibility and add a date under Prevent Changes
