Yes! Attendees can change information in their registration, change their Attendee Type, and make payments at any time. They will receive a link in their confirmation email for each of these options. However, you can easily prevent attendees from making changes by updating the Prevent Changes date on your event’s Attendee Types.
- Go to the event’s Attendee Type configuration
- Click on the pencil icon next to the Attendee Type you would like to enable a deadline to Prevent Changes
- Go to Visibility and add a date under Prevent Changes
